  •  A Do the following? 1.) Get a police extract. 2.) Get a court affidavit 3.) Get (Write) a letter of request to the Director, ICTU/CRPU at the VCO, Rm. 29. 4.) Pay #500 in bursary and obtain a receipt.

  •  A COME OVER TO THE ICTU DEPARTMENT with your staff ID card.



        LOSS_OF_PASSWORD
      
  •  Q  How can i retrieve my Password or student id?  
  •  A On the uniben waeup page click on the Login link to the top left of the page then click the link at the end of "Or simply forgot your student id, application id or password? Then request a new password here". input your matriculation number or registration number along with your email for your student_id and(or) your Password to be sent to your mail. Note that the mail inputed must be the one already in your profile online.



        INTERNET_ACCOUNT
      
  •  Q  How Do I Obtain A UniBen Wireless Internet Account?  
  •  A Make payment at the designated bank (confirm bank details at ICT Center). Then go to http://helpdesk.uniben.edu/ and click on the Request WiFi Access (under Requests menu) link to apply. You’ll need a VALID UNIBEN MAIL ACCOUNT (e.g [email protected]) for your application to be treated. Entries filled with public mail providers (like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo e.t.c) will be ignored, and later deleted! After applying, your account will be activated within 24 hours (48 hours max) and thereafter, you can access the Internet with your UNIBEN EMAIL ID and the password you entered as preferred password while applying.
